Our repair intake process asks all the necessary questions to set up your repair case in our system, and prepare our team for receiving it.
Once a Return Authorization has been created, use your supplied RA# to ship your probe in. If you do not have appropriate packaging, let us know, and we will supply everything for a safe delivery.
Once your probe arrives at our facility, it will undergo a thorough evaluation by our level-five technicians to diagnose what is necessary to bring the probe back up to factory spec.
We inform you on what is required, and what is optional. Stop paying for non-essential repairs.
